Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the PinsCorner platform (pinscorner.com), owned by CREATIVOZ Consultoría Digital.

2. Description of the service

PinsCorner allows users to create, customise, share and manage digital business cards. The service is offered under a SaaS model with different plans (Free, Pro, Team).

3. Registration and account

The user must provide truthful data upon registration.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

One account corresponds to one person or entity.

4. Plans and prices

**Free:** 1 card, basic functionality, with PinsCorner branding.

**Pro, Team:** in accordance with the terms and prices published on the pricing page, which may vary with 30 days' notice.

Prices do not include VAT unless expressly indicated.

5. Trial period

The paid plans include a 14-day trial period without a credit card. Upon its expiry, payment is required to maintain the premium features.

6. Billing and payment

Payments are processed through Stripe.

The subscription renews automatically each month.

Invoices are issued in accordance with Spanish regulations and Verifactu.

7. Refund policy

Refund requests are accepted within the first 14 days following the initial contracting of a paid plan. After that period, no partial refunds are made.

8. Acceptable use

The user undertakes to:

Not use the service for illegal, fraudulent or defamatory activities.

Not upload illegal or obscene content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.

Not attempt to access other users' accounts.

Not reverse-engineer the software.

CREATIVOZ Consultoría Digital reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.

9. Ownership of the data

The data entered by the user belongs to the user.

The user may export their data at any time (CSV, vCard).

Upon cancellation of the account, the data is deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

10. Availability of the service

CREATIVOZ Consultoría Digital strives to keep the service available 24/7, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to maintenance, updates or causes of force majeure.

11. Limitation of liability

CREATIVOZ Consultoría Digital shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of the service, except in the cases provided for by law.

12. Digital commerce and commissions (sellers)

Users with a paid plan may sell digital products from their cards through Stripe Connect. By activating payments and accepting this agreement:

The seller is the **merchant of record**: responsible for VAT, for issuing the invoice and for the delivery of the product to the buyer. PinsCorner acts solely as a technical platform and intermediary in the collection of payment.

PinsCorner charges a **per-sale commission** (application fee) tiered according to the seller's plan: **Free 8 % · Pro 6 % · Team 5 %**. Stripe's processing fee is borne by the seller.

Minimum price per product: **3 €**.

The amount, less the commission, is settled automatically into the seller's Stripe Connect account.

The seller warrants that they have the right to sell the content and that it is lawful; CREATIVOZ Consultoría Digital may withdraw products that infringe the law or these terms.

Refunds and disputes regarding the products sold are the responsibility of the seller.

13. Modification of the terms

CREATIVOZ Consultoría Digital may modify these terms by notifying users 30 days in advance by email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.

14. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granada.
