Privacy policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), the following is hereby disclosed:


Data controller

Data we collect

  • **Registered users:** name, email address, password (hash), tax details (if applicable), data of the digital cards created.
  • **Card visitors:** anonymous hash of the visit (without IP or personal data), device, country (approximate, without precise geolocation), source of the visit.
  • **Leads (contact exchange):** name, email, telephone, company and message voluntarily provided by the visitor.

    Data processor

    PinsCorner acts as data processor with respect to the data that users manage on their cards and the leads captured. The user is the data controller of such data. The terms of the processing arrangement are governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available upon request.


    Retention

    The data is retained while the account remains active. Upon requesting the deletion of the account, the data is erased without undue delay (maximum 30 days).


    Rights

    You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing by sending an email to clientes@creativoz.com with a copy of your national identity document (DNI). You may also file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).


    International transfers

    The data is hosted on IONOS servers (Germany, EU). If Cloudflare R2 storage is used, the data may be processed on Cloudflare infrastructure (in accordance with the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission). Stripe (payments) may transfer data to the USA in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.


    Security measures

    Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest of credentials (AES-256-GCM), password hashing (bcrypt), secure session tokens, role-based access control, and periodic backups.
